It all started 1973 in Dallas, Texas!

Ryan J. Chronic, an restaurant owner, designer and entrepreneur on the Autism Spectrum remembered a nice friend (who was a girl but, never his girlfriend) known as Trina Robertson. He opened the first Trina's restaurant under the name, RJC's Trina's Restaurant Of Nostalgia back then in (now known as the West End part) Downtown Dallas, Texas and did so much business that he opened plenty more five more RJC's Trina's Restaurant Of Nostalgia stores around other parts of Dallas. In 1975, all but, the original RJC's Trina's Restaurant Of Nostaglia stores around Dallas was renamed simply to Trina's Classic American Bar & Grille.
